                                                              SAUVIGNON BLANC
        It is the typical grape of Murcia and the south of Valencia
        that produces powerful wines with great structure and a
        strength somewhat higher than normal.                 Sauvignon blanc normally shows a herbal character
                                                              suggesting bell pepper or freshly mown grass.
        Spanish  Monastrell  wines  tend  to  be  rich,  dark  affairs,
        frequently showing flavours of blackberry and black cherry.  The dominating flavours range from sour green fruits of
                                                              apple, pear and gooseberry through to tropical fruits of
                                                              melon, mango and blackcurrant.
        BOBAL

                                                              AIRÉN
        It is a native grape from the Valencia region with large fruits
        and  it  is  characterized  by  an  intense  cherry  color,  with
        spices and red fruits aromas.                         Airén is planted in more Spanish vineyards than any other
                                                              native white grape. In fact, about 30 % of Spanish vineyards
                                                              are planted with Airén vines.
        Bobal wines usually have little alcohol and high acidity.
                                                              The grape has neutral characteristics that are best fit to
                                                              produce simple, refreshing, fruitfull, crisp white wines for
        SYRAH
                                                              early enjoyment.
        This wine color is vivid to intense violet. On the palate, it
        is robust and structured. It smells of violets and pepper,
        wild fruits and aromatic herbs.

        It is the seventh most grown red grape in Spain.
