 WHITE WINE

 MONASTRELL
 SAUVIGNON BLANC
It is the typical grape of Murcia and the south of Valencia
that produces powerful wines with great structure and a
strength somewhat higher than normal. Sauvignon blanc normally shows a herbal character
suggesting bell pepper or freshly mown grass.
Spanish Monastrell wines tend to be rich, dark affairs,
frequently showing flavours of blackberry and black cherry. The dominating flavours range from sour green fruits of
apple, pear and gooseberry through to tropical fruits of
 melon, mango and blackcurrant.
 BOBAL

 AIRÉN
It is a native grape from the Valencia region with large fruits
and it is characterized by an intense cherry color, with
spices and red fruits aromas. Airén is planted in more Spanish vineyards than any other
native white grape. In fact, about 30 % of Spanish vineyards
 are planted with Airén vines.
Bobal wines usually have little alcohol and high acidity.
The grape has neutral characteristics that are best fit to
produce simple, refreshing, fruitfull, crisp white wines for
 SYRAH

This wine color is vivid to intense violet. On the palate, it
is robust and structured. It smells of violets and pepper,
